I'm sorry that when I started PWI that I didnt require people to use real names.

I'll tell you why i did not do this and now over the year have become sorry for it.

I want everyone to Know that i'm very proud of that Screen below. The screen below is real people seeking or sharing help.


We have taken the site to a new level, Pwi is not bragging for being the best. We all here involved however we are proud that we have raised standards. soley do to the membership helping and making this a place to better.

PWI is just one of many fine resources on the web.if your new here, we recommend you check other bbs out. Many have different styles formats and offer different things to offer.

Again, This page makes me proud just one the fact people here have real ID's.

Ant, your right... I was just making a point.

I dont need everyone to change anything, we require a number now and strict signature rules.

Please guys, if you have a handle i'm not asking you to change it.

Its a ok to have a handle or even your business name.

Please dont take the thread wrong.

Signature lines and phones on registration are required now.

Hook , every and all sites are ip based.

The Ip keeps people from using five names and fooling the entire community.

They are open on PWI for anyone to see.
 
I made the offer to change for anyone who wishes me too , some dont think some just make up something then become popular with a crazy sign in name but others still know who they are , this is a chance for some to get there names changed not a one time thing but whenever you want to.

Scott aka Squirtgun will always be Squirtgun , and Al well we all remember Scott by his calm presence and quiet meek and mild personality ...... IMO he needs to learn to speak his mind better

Ron,

I made a suggestion a while back via PM to one of the moderators, but never received a reply on it. My advice would be to hide the IP addresses to all except moderators. It's a security thing. There's a lot unfortunately that can be done (maliciously) knowing someone's home IP address, regardless if you think you're safe behind a router or not. Just a suggestion.
