Here in TX they are shouting at the Capital steps to use the Rainy Day Fund to pay teachers to keep from laying them off. The Rainy Day Fund is for Disasters not poor management of the School system. The School systems are top heavy with Administration who makes 4, 5 and 6 times and more what a teacher makes. They need to brutally cut some admin jobs and combine those tasks, just like in the real world. The money pit has to end.
