My experience with Southside Equipment(Russ Johnson)

Other day my unloader goes out, I called a local shop and they told me to bring it by because they had no idea what I was talking about. I go by there just to be told that they can't help me because they don't work on industrial pressure washers. I call Russ and he immediately knows exactly what I have and what I need to convert over to make it work. I receive the item in 1 day, then Russ spends 3 phone calls, 3 emails and 30 minutes with me to install it. That's what I call customer service! Thanks Bud
 
Russ is slacking...it's usually 6 phone calls , 8 emails, 10 text messages , and 4 videos w me
I'm sure Russ thought that's where we were headed cause I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to working on this stuff. He definitely had to have patients with me.

I guarantee your sharper than me....I hate working on equipment. Love using it, hate working on it
 
Yeah Russ's customer service is hard to beat. He spent some time on the phone with me when I had to repair my pump. He sent a break down of the pump by E-mail and the parts arrived very quickly. But then again that's just how we roll in KY! Eh Russ?
