Actually thats it, we dont have a definate area but more towards the Panama City side, I dont want to live IN Panama City but close by, we have a lot of commercial from Pensacola to Tallahassee now and it just makes good since to see where it takes us.

Good job Mark, I hope to have all this done by the first of the summer, I know we wont be crossing paths too much but we sure will be close enough to do some fishing!
 
Check out the Mexico Beach, Port St. Joe area. I have friends there and they love it.

Although Russ is really moving into FSU Seminoles Country, I think he would look better in Florida Gators colors ?
Wonder if he will remain an Alabama Fan ?

I am hoping Tampa Bay will select that big Defensive Tackle Cody from Alabama in the Draft. The Guy plays at 370 lbs, and no running back ever got 100 yards on Alabama when he was playing. We need a big ole run stopper in Tampa, Carolina ran all over us :mad:
 
So Russ is moving to the Redneck Riviera. Take Thad's advice and go look at Mexico Beach, Port St. Joe area. It would be a pretty good central area for the area that you service down there.
 
I have a couple of small strip malls in Panama City....Maybe we can hook up for a drink sometime.


My boat only has 30 hours on it. I'm dying to get in the water a little more often

Destin's a real nice place. Ive been there quite a few times and cant wait to get back.

Its not been that long since Bama stunk. I dont have much dislike for yall guys.
 
I lived in Destin for over 10 years. It's a really nice place, but it is a tourist town where real estate is over priced. There is a lot of work to be had between Pensacola to Panama City. Just north of Destin, there are a couple of smaller towns that are pretty nice also. Living in a tourist town was fun for a while, but it got old, at least for me.
