Just to put an end to some of the emails, I have not got the contracts BUT they are all east of the Mississippi and none in Florida. I do have a good inside track on them since I am a vendor already and currently serviceing a bunch of these.
There are some in Missouri, Indiana but most are in Ohio, Virginia and Pennsylvania, the only ones I dont have a contractor for are in Indiana, Ohio, Illinois and Michigan
Steven I always will keep you in mind
Nick you may need to grease the bearings!
We only do CA in multi level garage cleaning. We are looking at OR. If we do Oregon and Washington State, we will have the entire west coast.
In the past, we have been offered jobs up the NW coast , however they have been to small for us to consider. I would like to get Portland Oregon. We give 10% of the total GROSS contract. Currently that is $3,850 to $7,450 per garage.
Any takers?

Tony there are several trips we make that require a lot of driving, I once drove from Alabama to Maryland before I did the first center but we had like 33 to do when we got there that averaged around 1200 each, we were gone about 10 daysRuss, how far are the longest distances you travel between jobs. I bid on filters for a drug store chain from Reno to West Texas, 560 in all. There were lots of clusters where they averaged between 2 and 5 miles apart, but there were more than 20 stores that were at least 50 miles from the nearest one.
I bid it to the best of my ability, but I still think I was too low considering the hotel time.

Funny I have had guys clean sidewalks at 9am at the hotels for better rates (or free stays) Nice to lay down and hear that beautiful hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm going on and knowing its all good and free! Super 8's love me:wave3:It's tough to put pricing out on locations that have a big milage spread, and most large accounts want a one price fits all pricing. The way to make up for the milage is to pick up other accounts in between the straglers to bring up the profit margin.
We also try to work with the hotels with barter to cut down on overhead.
no purpose other than I am working on some stuff that may or may not be of intrest, me and another un-named party (Nick) woops! Have this covered over here but I was just curious who else is out there that can handle large jobs in multiple states (in other words not a guy with 1 washer)
