Most Hours On Unit?

I had a Tuff Skid with 2800 hrs on it when i sold it.

Our Largo skid just passed 5100 hours it's 10yrs old and still running. The frame is going to need some welding soon I noticed the other day one of the tabs that the bolts run through to the trailer has come loose from the frame. The pump has been rebuilt once, new starter, couple of fuel pumps and 1 transformer

WOW that beats mine!! I have a MITM with 3200 hours on it. Still running strong. But I have had to replace the pump and the unloader a couple times now. But 5100 hours beats mine!

A little over 1200 hrs on one of the old 24hp honda engines. It still ran when we decommissioned it, but compression was waning and it was putting out much less HP. Could have pulled the pistons and replaced seals, but decided to scrap it when they stopped making them.

I have usually retired them at about 4500 hours. By that time, I have assumed they have paid for themselves.

WOW!! Same engine and only one rebuild on the pump. That's amazing Scott but then again your a motor head(Term we use here for guys that are great with engines) who probably knows how to take care of an engine and push it to it's limits without burning it out.

I have one Powerwasher that we still use which I bought in 1998. It's a cold water Mi-tm thats still used alot on residential work. The engine finally crapped out around 2 yrs ago but if I had to guess it had to have at least 3000 hrs on it. That engine went thru two pumps and and one pump rebuild. Today that PW has a second hand motor on it that we still use. The frame is a mess because of all the chlorine and wear and tear on it over the years but it still is functioning. It's a Mi-t-m 11hp 3000 psi @ 3.5gpm cold water machine that is used mostly for applying the cleaning solution on a house with an X-jet.

My Hotsy is a little over 8 years old and the hour meter died a while back but it has easily over 3000 hours. Pump re-packed 2 times, same briggs 21hp engine.

We have a machine that runs great with over 22,000 hours on it, another with 11,000, another with 7700, one with 2600, one with 2200, and one with 430 on it. The one with 22,000 hrs on it still has the original burner and I'd send it anywhere to work. All those engines are diesel with the exception of the one with 2200 and 430.
