All the steel has been welded. the powered reels are in place. The hydraulic jacks... yes power up and power down ( 3 ) of them rated at 18 k each are being installed. A solid 3/16" stainless steel control panel that was cut with a water drill rated at 25,000 psi. All computer controlled cutting drill machine for precise placement. 10 inch X 26 ponds per foot I beams for the goose neck. A new 100 HP turbo diesel motor was added for even more power. A more up dated hydraulics for better efficiency and performance. No cost was spared.

Nice rig that you have. I like the truck. I see you have the upgraded Landa's. They are about 925,000 BTU. Great boilers. They are under rated. You can boost their performance up. As your Landa dealer may know, though they will be a warranty issue.
I see that you do hoods, Is the GPMs associated with those boilers a little much for a hood? I do not really know myself, since I do not do hoods. However the landa's pumps are impressive and the boiler, in my opinion, is second to none. that is a great machine. No one comes close....that is except ours.

Thanks Jim: You are correct the GPM is a little much for hoods I try to dial down the GPM but the heat works great. I've used landa for years and I have had really good luck more money but I think it is well spent. It works really great on flat surface and I can run two hoses its a 9gpm machine I also have the 4gpm cold water machine Landa as well thats the machine I use the most at this time.dh

Ok Guys.... The rig is for the most part is finished. Had not taken pictures as of today. Doing a Parking Garage this weekend. Busy with officials. Cameras are coming out including Video from The Gov's. Using the video to show others the proper way to clean the garage without filming our procedure. ( Just filtering and Basic washing). I will be taken generic shots of the cleaning with the new machine. Garage had a 6'5" clearance. Our 2007 dodge 4x4 crew cab Cummings ( Stock ) could not fit on upper levels. New trailer just fit by .75 of an inch. We have installed only 1 of the three hydraulic jacks on the unit. The other two will be installed next month. If you thought the original was big..... wait till you see this one. We have improved the Hydraulics even further, making them more efficient then before.
This is the mother of all " HOT WATER " pressure washers. Tailer is estimated to weigh in at 13,000 to 14,000 lbs with no water or fuel. Air suspension and stiffer shocks were added to all of our trucks to handle this extra weight. We are putting exhaust brakes on our trucks to use when towing this trailer. With goose neck its 24 ft long. A class A lic maybe required.... IS required.
I will post the pictures by next week.

As long as you keep it under a combined 26,000 GVWR, I think you should be ok.

I will have to check... I think in California a trailer that weighs more than 10k will need a class A Lic. Dose anybody know this as a FACT ? Like in Writing?

1. Improved hydraulics for better performance and better fuel efficiency
2. 10 x 26 I beam goose neck with attachments
A) Cross beam has expanded metal for storage
B) Line X through out including underneath the trailer.
C) Electric 1/2 HP Cox reels (2)
D) 3 motorized Hydraulic Jacks ( 1 is installed the other two next month)
