Mobile Home Parks

I want to try to land some business in mobile home parks. I was going to make a flyer and send it out, I can look in the phone book for the parks address but how can i get each individual address in that park? I can also use some tips on a good mobile home flyer. thanks

I would go to the park manager and do his trailer for free or do the office for free. Spring is the time for site inspections. Like I said do his place or the office for free and then ask him to pass out your business cards to people who need their trailers washed. Mobile homes are really easy. Should take less then an hour. I would also make up a little stand you can put next to your rig by the road the contains info about your services. That way people passing by can easily get info about you. There are lots of people walking through the parks and will grab your card.

Remember who you are targeting - Most (not all) people that live in trailers do not have the extra income for home improvement, unless the improvement is needed for living (example Heat/Air System).

If its a retirement community or nicer trailer park - there may some business. I do not know if it would be worth your time investing in the mail-out. Your there, so you would know.


As of flyer - produce an information flyer informing the homeowner of the benefits of getting their trailer clean. Always tell the customer how they and their property will benefit.
