Not really. The day the PM called me, I was just finishing up loading the moving truck, and about to head to NC. I went out there, tried rinsing, tried rewashing, and no changes. Tried to call PM back, but no answer. I left a message telling her I didn't think it was something that I came back out, and couldn't fix it, but didn't think it could have been something I did. I told her I would try to work something out as far as a partial refund if they wanted. I told her I didn't have the money at the time, because it had all gone towards deposits and moving expenses, but call me and we can work something out. I haven't heard from her, and I guess that's a good thing, since I still don't have the money. I hate leaving a customer unsatisfied though. Hopefully I can make it right soon.
