Just for the record, my whole presentation has absolutely nothing to do with Fleets. I am still willing to answer questions, because there really is a lot of transferrable knowledge from one discipline, to the other.
 
I want someone to talk and discuss how to go about finding, getting, and carrying thru with PMs.
