Mike,

I tried to upload a avatar picture and I am having a hard time finding the spot to do it. Please someone help me get this picture up there.

go to user cp, then edit options
 
I did that. It just doesn't give me the option to upload. Something is wrong with it. Try for yourself. If it works, then please walk me through it because it's pretty easy to do I'm sure.

I did this the other day. Check to see if there is a slider at the bottom. If there is then slide it all the way to the right. That is where I found it.

Took me a few trys till I found out what was wrong as well.
