How strong are you mixing the OX for this? Are you letting it dwell and rinsing it or leaving it on?

Hey Spence, If i'm cleaning with it I go 1cup to 1gal of water then P/W off, if i'm removing rust or just brightening the concrete clean the surface first then go 1/2 cup to 1 gal and leave it on. When you mix it up make sure you use hot water, it breaks up the clumps and activates it better.

Oxalic acid is a very good solution for brightening concrete and for rust removal. 1/2 cup to 1 cup per gallon is how I mix it.

Make sure you read and follow the MSDS sheet and warnings. You do not want to breath in any of the dust when mixing or vapors when spraying it down. Can cause life threatening damage to your kidneys and other vital organs.
