Hey everyone rooms have to be booked by August 15th

Plus send $19.50 payment for the RT, it is due by the same date, so we can secure the right amount of food and so I know a exact # of people. We will be maxed out it looks like and I have to have a solid #

Carlos, I would imagine, that who ever is flying in will arrive on Friday and some that are driving a good distance will be here on Friday as well

Have had inquiries if there is any adult entertainment/strip clubs OH YAAAAAAAAA there is several and about 1 mile is a real good place, the best - Masters!!!, real large, plenty of pretty women its not a dive at all. pretty cool place. thats for those who wanted to know, at least thats what I hear, I would never go to such a place:p

Jeff - Did you ever find anything out about the hotel prices? I am still coming up with an $82 rate even without my AAA card and that is on the Holiday Inn website.

Yes nicole I posted it here somewhere.

I went to the sales office and it was like pulling teeth. When I started this a few months ago the room rate was $120+ and they gave me the $85 rate. I told them now that I needed a lower rate and the best I could do is get them to was $75 a night, like I said it was like pulling teeth and I told them I feel like pulling the whole thing, which I am not it would be a big PITA. the meeting space is free and like I said we now have the $75 rate. Best I could do
