Marketing to Real Estate Investors

Hello all,

I'm a member of a local real estate investors group and they have monthly meetings. There are about 500+- people at each meeting. About 60% are landlords, 30% are rehabbers and the rest are something else (bird dogs and wholesalers mostly).

At these meetings, they offer a space for any vendor to set up a table for a display. There are only 3-4 regular vendors at each meeting, but space for much more. I will be getting a table for the Aug. meeting and just wanted to see if anyone had any experience with this type of marketing or had any tips for me.

I have magnetic business cards, regular business cards, flyers on the benefits of roof cleaning, before & after pics, logo pens, bowl full of candy, etc... I will also be giving away a free house/roof/driveway cleaning (too much?). I have entry forms with name, address, phone, fax and email blanks to gather info. My plan is to use this info to send out targeted marketing in the future.

And, of course, I will have my smiling face there too! :)

I am also toying with the idea of either giving all group members a 10% discount or just handing out 10% off coupons at the meeting.

Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions?
