Low Cost Marketing

I actually had a decent return rate. As I said above I made 150 flyers and handed them out last night. Already had 4 people call today, have 2 estimates scheduled, and 2 jobs are scheduled already.

Not bad I'd say. Im expecting more calls actually. Im distributing about 300 more throughout the same neighborhood on monday when im back from MB.
 
I can place 1300 flyers into a newsletter for a local retirement community for $200. About the same price to print them in color, leaving me $100 for future efforts.
 
Hi Guys, Sorry about that-
A lot of good ideas going by, as I was out putting flyers on doors I put some computer made signs on a stick outside some dirty expensive home communities(disposible by the sign police) I have a job from them on Monday and I will put flyers on the homes that are neighbors when I finish, including my yard sign while I am cleaning.
 
O.K. I'm new in here but i may have something to add. i've gone to some higher end neighborhoods, approached the first or most prominent home and offered them a free drive clean or a clean and seal for materials only, signs are out while i'm working or sealers drying, I get calls.
