Low bid wins

You like the job I did huh. We call that siding art. Just kidding. I love showing pictures like that to my potential clients to show them what can happen from an inexperienced pressure washing guy/company. Do you mind if I steal that picture?

Absolutely! Feel free to use them.

I don't understand why you would need heat to clean vinyl siding anyway. Just because you own a pressure washer don't make you a pressure washer. Last year i was in this neighborhood and seen two trucks with hot water tanks with 6 guys pressure washing a 1500 sq ft vinyl house and a 200 ft fence. They started way before I did and I was a road over and pressure washed a 2000 sq ft house and a 300 sq ft patio. I had mine finished before they did and I was by myself. I only had a cold water unit. They ended up warping some siding. This was one of Charlestons biggest p.w companies too. I love companies like that because they make me look really good.

Great question....Think I'll answer that one..... Do you need it? No. Does it clean better? Yes. Does it clean faster? Yes. Is it a better marketing tool? Absolutely!!!

We have been using "Temperature Controlled" (Hot) water to wash homes now for 5 yrs. with outstanding results.....And Absolutely No Damage... Zero... Nada...Ever. Yes in the wrong hands with little or no education or experience, damage can occur, same as cold water.

Hot water opens more doors than just having cold water. Gives you a more diverse revenue stream.

I agree that it cleans faster and better in the right hands.

Deffinitley not my guys Lou lmao. Whos property is this? Looks like a Towne Mgmt property? I don't even think I have seen this one man. This is a joke for sure!

Hold it..... Thats DJ Scrappy in that picture or do you have a twin. I even think I got a glimpse of a pink tie....Enlarge that picture

I think using heat on siding is a big waste of fuel.It was either cold out or Guy had the heat pretty warm.Thats my opinion on that but you know what they say about that lol. That is a neat picture though.

Saying you use hot water to clean a house does have certain marketing advantages. You wash your dishes in hot water, you take a shower with hot water, doesn't it make sense that hot water cleans better? Most home owners will agree. It's just another way of separating yourself from others.

I would imagine that in the summer time it doesn't much matter. In fact, if you're heating your water to over 100 degrees I bet it's killing your house wash soap, especially if you're downstreaming. It can allow you to clean further into the winter though. Heating the water up to about 80 would help with cleaning and it wouldn't burn too much fuel.

Yep Hal, everybody's got one. That day was about 50 degrees using 110 degree heat. No not a big waste of fuel at all. Maybe takes a 1/2 gal of diesel per home, that's $2.00.

Believe it or not the heat actually activates our mix and works better IMHO.

It wasn't towne....It was for a HOA in NKY. A apartment worker for another company lives there gave me the heads up on the pressure washing.

You must have a tiny burner if thats all the diesel you burned on a house. But anyway its a good marketing strategy and if it works thats great. If i washed a house with no heat and you did one with heat assuming we had the same chemicals after we got done i bet there wouldnt be a difference at all. However if we did two road tractors and it was below 50 degrees one used hot and one used cold there would be a visable difference if there was any road film or oil on the trucks.Thats a neat picture i like that.I gonna make me on and put it in my book.
