Looking for a Bio-degradable Hood cleaner.

I am looking for a bio-degradeable hood and vent cleaner. Why?? The way I look at it maybe there is soimething out there that works just as good but might not be a hazzardes to handle. So what do you have out there?

If you explain your cleaning process, what steps you take now to get from dirty to clean, I can make some recommendations.

I doubt we can get to "Biodegradable" however there are some "Green" options that could work well for your application.
