After the first hour or so the conversation definitely tends to wander, but that's only natural.

Tonight at 8pm Central let's talk more about strategies and techniques that we're using in view of the perceived tightening of the economy.
Last night some of the things mentioned were more targeted advertising, adding some commercial to a primarily resi business (and vice versa, LOL), and raising prices.

That sounded like a great chat, guys can talk privately also?

I'm sorry I missed it, I wonder if we could make a chat schedule in advance and maybe post it ahead?

These Chats are very good tools for new guys and vets. New guys often can brings some good ideas into ways the changing economy.

I would love to see topics lists. Here a couple off the top of my head.

1. Websites
2. Mailing strategys
3. Directories (what really works)
4. Buying parts ( bulk buying and saving money)
5. Chemicals ( Making your own & ordering from a dealer)
 
I'm working on scheduled, focused chats. I would like to possibly make the chat thread a sticky. Where would be the best place to put it?


Oh, and don't worry, we will still have the fun, free-for-all chats.
