:) Ah yes fianally a bite. Josh, Melting point of cooked grease? Do you mean at what temperature grease breaks down into a liquid state?

If thats the question. All cooking grease is made of different compositons and the melting point will be as varied as the names.

Quiz time.

What is the most commom cooking grease found in todays modern restaurants? Does anyone know?

Vegetable oil: #1 answer
Canola oil: #2 answer

I would have voted for "dirty" cooking grease.
