Lightning Clean Trailer in Progress

OK FINALLY..............Installed burner exhaust and tested it all out. Vents out the rear of trailer with no fumes....... exhaust pipe in removeable when not in use....WHATCHA THINK ?009.JPG010.JPG011.JPG012.JPG

My concern would be how much back flow you will have due to the tight 90 and what looks like 4 inch round. I would definitely be testing that with a good 4 hour run. From everyone I talked to when building my trailer they said to use atleast 8 inch round.

Your engine exhaust goes up thru the roof with your burner.......Everything I have vents out the back ramp door including engine exhaust.......I do not wash in the rain so the ramp door will always be open while working also have a 36 in side door with 2 Roof vents if needed

What I was referring too was the burner exhaust. There is something about diameter per 100k btu. My exhaust is fully water proof and have even washed some indoor accounts below 0. I'm not saying it won't work I would just be worried about too much back pressure with the burner exhaust.

looks good , alot of room to work ,can tell you did your homework , we are putting together a new gooseneck trailer here soon it is going to be a 20ft open trailer

I was also told at least an 8" exhaust for the burner and all the exhausts I have seen for burners have been at least 8" or larger.

I think Russ or Paul K. would know for sure.

That does look like a nice setup, very professional, am I seeing some floor by the tank that did not get the black coating or is it my imagination?

What brand of skid is that Gene?

The exhaust coming out of machine is 4x12.....had a adapter made when it was on trailer to divert it to the side with no problems....added the 4" pipe and no problems yet......We will see .....Floor has been finished now still going to put 2nd coat on...........Machine is a 8gpm largo....best I have ever had......

Gene if you have anybody owe you money you can open the back of the trailer and point that pipe thing at them an i bet they pay quick.Looks nice an neat.

Did not want to give up my secret but I have a hot oil injector hooked up to exhaust that I can pull the trigger on....
