Hey Gene, you are talking about cleaning out gutters correct?

Gutter clean outs are by far my most profitable service we offer. I do condo complexes from 1 to 60 buildings each complex. We just did a 60 building complex, did in 2 days with 4 guys. we have some complexes we do every 3 months, some every 6 months and tons that we do annually. Gutter cleaning is a great add on for sure. Good luck

What do you charge for gutter clean outs? Per linear foot? square foot of building? etc?

It really varies a lot. If the roofs are walkable and we can just use a blower & snake it may be less, so many things to think about Some average out at $.50 to $1.00 a lin ft. Do they have gutter gaurds, are there a lot of trees, no trees, can i use a lift, do i need a lift, lots of ladder work etc etc. You would be amazed how fast & easy a lot of these jobs are

I do one complex its 32 buildings and 3 guys are done in 5-7 hours, its $3000 now every quarter.
