Over 165k last year in jobs sold from them. Batches of 5000 go out every 2 weeks. You are protected under federal free speech for corporation rights, though in some areas people had to prove that in court. That's what allows free papers to do it. For every 5000 we get an average of 20 leads and 3 complaints. The numbers tell the story. It wont work in small batches as you need a large sample to create real averages. Our close ratio is 80% on rocks as seemingly because they are direct marketing. The complaints will be ridiculous, people will say crazy stuff that can be offensive but again the numbers tell the story 99% don't care or call. 20 ppl are interested and 3 hate you. You cannot put them out yourself and you cannot make it affordable without proper system building. We have a retired couple in their 80's that make them and a retired couple in their 60's that distribute them. That's 4 new jobs created for low income ppl that had nothing better to do.

These numbers would be much higher for almost any other service business simply due to demand. Residential power washing is not high demand, hence the industry, lack of rich residential guys, lack of duplicate-able success stories, lack of franchises, lack of solid manufacturing etc. These are all economic indicators that residential power washing is low demand.

My best advice is price them out cheap, find people to do it, build a system and you will see right away it is the easiest part of your business as it's easily systematize-able. We order 10k at a time flyers and bags and 12 tons of stone. They use 1.5 piles of stone a year. Use my tracks on a smart phone to track where they go and give them starting points and territories to distribute. My tracks is uploadable into google maps. And maximize any sales you ever get by offering packages for all your services instead of just what they called you for.

It costs us less than 1k for 10k flyers from start to finish.

that could be..but more importantly if someone threw rocks around here it would get lost in all the rocks around here. Unless your referring to our 80+ acres in Chino then it would just get ignored while we tend to our horses.
Cause you live in the middle of now where

Oct event San Diego free free text me for more details !!

That is great that your cards are getting results.

How many of you have changed your cards?

How many have stayed with the same card?

Did you design your own card or have someone design it for you?

Thanks.
