Lets see your roof cleaning setup

Here's mine from 2 yrs ago and it still works the same today. We never flush water thru it which is probably not a bad idea but since the whole pump is plastic 2 yrs later it still works fine.

My system is KISS. Very basic. When we do roofs we wheel the pump, the reel and the 15 gallon tank onto the trailer. When we don't need the Roof setup it get dropped off at my shop so its out of place out of mind and since the chemicals are so corrosive it best for us to drop it off at my shop until the next time we need it,

That child of yours is a Shirley Temple in the making. She just melted the butter right off of my table..

As for my roof set-up those aluminim or stainless steel ones that Paul sells and the one that AC sells are great from what I hear for guys that do roofs day in and day out or just once in awhile. We probably do 50-75 roofs a year.. maybe a little more but nothing like some other guys who do 3 or more a day. My Kiss method would not work for them. They need there stuff ready to go at any time.

I hope I didnt mislead anyone here... Get that girl an agent and she should be doing commercials already.... hmmmm maybe she can open up our reality show:clapping::yeah::happydance::wave2:

I dont have picks of mine right at the moment but ours is a Yamada NDP-20 (28 GALLONS PER MIN) Ridgid air compressor, 300 feet of hose and pvc spray wand system, very nice!

Below is a side by side of the old NDP-15 on the right and the NDP-20 on the left

Are those bolted to the wheel well or sitting there for the pic??

032.jpgOne of our rigs you can see the yellow hose reel hooked to the pump above it. 35 gal soap tanks. similar set up on all of our rigs. KISS just simple.

jersey shore reunion.jpgHere is my collection crew in case they dont pay for the roofs.lol

The tank on the left is rinse only that is what I use to water plants, Its a 5850. The other 5850 is chemical transfer and is plumbed into rinse tank so i can rinse pump and fill up solution tank. The all flo is plumbed only from my solution tank and run to a ball valve with a QC and i pull all my chemical hose off the reel to bypass it so it does not leak. I love the microwave so i can eat some warm food and not eat fast food all the time, It save me from loading it all up and running for lunch. The wife packs a nice lunch!!!
Eric, can you tell us how you plumb your all-flow? are you drawing from two tanks and letting the system do the mixing?

The were just sitting there Doug, I have one of them mounted to the bed of the trailer, the other one is in the tool box in case of emergency.

Yeah upon further review I saw that. I looked at the pic after I posted that and could tell they weren't.

This is my new 2013 system.
