Let me see your machines!

Greg, I dont believe in 8 years i have seen your rig. very nice and clean. I like the box truck set up. My sis has vans & her reclaim is on trailers. She mainly fleetwashes.

:) In the last eight years I've been through about 5 different trucks actually (2 burned down unfortunately...). We just "rebuilt" the setups in these over last 2 months for better use of space.

225 gallon tanks, 2 guns (4 gpm per gun in the box and 5gpm per gun in the van), and 1 chem pump setup on each truck plus a generator. We welded up both of the reel racks in house to fit the need.

Still have our Ford E350 and the 16' enclosed Trailer too but those need gone through as they are showing their age.

We use this enclosed for houses and roofs

Chamos, your pic did not come out.

This is our rig we just built.

Back to front...

12x6 tandem
2600psi 3 gpm cold
4000 psi 4gpm cold each running 200ft only for resi
20" surface cleaner
325 gl water tank
125 gl chem tank
Chemical bandit
Water hose reel w/ 400ft commercial grade hose
Aluminum Toolbox that likes to scratch the bumber on tight turns

Its got everything we need for residential. Any suggestions on the setup functionality??

PS the last picture is our old trailer in our new one. Thats what I call an upgrade:D

Scott, I do not remember if I mentioned it when we talked the other day but I had a welder weld some metal plates onto the trailer top rail on the passenger side and I drilled holes in them and moved most of my hose reels to that side to free up room in the trailer.

If you did that, you can turn your bandit around so you can pull the cord from the trailer passenger side and not have to reach in too far or climb in to start it.

Since you do not have that many hosereels, I would move them all to the passenger side so when you are parked at a house, it is a lot easier to roll/unroll each one and not worry about traffic.

Just a suggestion. It works great for me.

Here is my setup, Nothing as big as some of you have here, but it does what I need it to do and works very well and for my first rig.

Here is My other Rig that I use out at night to sweep with, here in the winter we can't do alot of washing so this gives me my year around income.

It was around $16,000, I got it from the same dealer as I bought my Sweeper from so he cut me a deal or atleast it seemed like one. It came with everything including the Twister with the vacuum for recycleing the water and two wands and a bunch of small stuff I only wish it had a inline chem dispenser for solutions but I can add that on. Here in town they wanted the same price to build me one and it came with nothing and I needed a washer fast because some of the shopping centers I took over want washing too and wanted it right now lol The sweeping service they had was real bad and I mean BAD. They had been charging for both sweeping and washing and I don't think they ever showed up and the sidewalks has not been washed in 9 months to a year but they were getting billed for doing it.

Hi Terry, My name is Thomas and I'm just getting started.. I was wondering if you can give me some feedback on your Hydrotek unit.. I have two local resources they are Hotsy and Hydrotek...
Thank you for your time and you can pm me that info if ya like instead of messing up the thread and flow of pics..

I painted it about 3 years ago. I wanted something that would stand out. As for the green tank, lol, I wish it was white. The price of a new tank is outrageous, so Im stuck with the green until I come across a deal.

Wow, you guys have some great lookin stuff. I need to take a pic of mine so I can get laughed at.
