Leaking PumpTec Head on Fence Staining Rig (Video)

Here is a video of my staining rig. Can anyone help me understand what may be causing the leaking from the pump and pressure regulator? It is a pumptec 112T pump less than 1 month old. The original pump (same brand/model) did the same thing after a couple months so Wood Defender installed this new one. All o-rings are viton. I would appreciate your thoughts and/or suggestions.

Its leaking everywhere where would you start trying to diagnose it. It looks like it has been over pressurized and blown all the seals. Take it off and use a 12 volt shurflo. once you get it adjusted right you can get a good even spray pattern out of it.

You can get new seals kits at dultmeier for around 50 bucks.
