Does anyone buy leads?
I just started using a company called Service Magic.
Any comments?

Service Magic leads for our industry are about $12 each whether you get the job or not.

is it one lead? commercial or residerntial?

I have been with their company for 2 weeks and gotten about a dozen leads. 4 rooftop 4 exterior house and about 5 gutter and downspout. Most of the people i speak with are kicking tires, trying to find the cheapest. i dunno there are some possible prospects from it, its just reaaly early to tell. The exposure i think is good, we'll just have to see.
$50.00 enrollment
$12.00 for matched leads
$18.00 for exact match leads (someone clicks on my profile and seeks me specifically)

I have paid a total of $140.00. Secured no work from it. Think its too early.
Threre are Rumors of foul play, again i dunno we'll see

let me know how things work out for you.

I have a SM account. There are a lot of tire kickers and plain waste of time leads but the one job I did land this year paid five figures.

Doug that's sweet, a five number figure for $12! That's a great ROI.

IMO service magic will work better in some areas of the country than others. I don't get near the amount of leads that some near larger cities do, but my SM prospects seem more prequalified and I close 3 out of 4.
