Kitchen Cleaning

I am purchasing a svg3 -9 reclaim system. I have never used one but can see where it could not only comply with DEQ but can also be a great sales tool. I have heard that you can clean kitchen floors with them and I can see where that could be a great add on. I have never done it but don't mind giving it a try. I don't care about how much to charge but i would like to know what to look for when it comes to risks like damage i could do. Any help would be great.
Thanks

Make sure that the floor does not leak and that there is not a finished room down stairs.

Make sure there are no electrical outlets in the floor.

Much more, I just stated my personal experiences, And no, they were not bad, just added a lot of headaches to the job.

Look at this thread especially the post from Joe Florida
