Has anyone able to get in touch with Keith from KBK lately? I have been trying to get ahold of him for some time. Left some messages, now the mailbox won't accept new messages as it is full..
I was trying to get door hangers for the spring rush.....
anyone have an alternative that they could recommend. I like Keith's work, but when you need something, you need it and can't wait for months...

You should have had him send you the jpeg files.I learned the hard way he sent them to me and it is your right to have them by the way.When the big rush comes just shoot the files over to gotprint and there ya go you have plenty of your on product on hand.KBK is great but when he gets busy it is aggravating.Good Luck to ya.
 
I used Keith for my website, brochures etc in the past.... I just cannot seem to get ahold of him. I shot him an email, so hopefully I will hear from him soon. I think it is fair to say that we are all slammed at this point of the season.... time will tell. Thanks for the input guys.
 
Kieth also did a make over on my website www.cleancounty.com and as always he does excellent work. When he is swamped he is just about impossible to get hold of. He does great work but like like alot of people that are excellent in there fields he is very booked.. He could use some help in his office but he does stay busy.

I prefer Keith as well when I have the foresite to plan ahead. That doesn't always happen. I do use my local sign guy some times as well. He usually only designs for what they produce and so work like we want is not a high priority.

My suggestion to Jersey Mike (I think I spoke to you on the porch at Orlando) is to look into rjdgraphics. You may recogonize some of his stuff from the lawn care industry. I have not used him but he puts out some good looking stuff at fair prices. He appears to be to Lawn Care what Keith has been to PW'ing designwise.

Rjd did a logo for me and it turned out great!! Look at my website it's the header... He also only charged me $50 and I had a disc in the mail within 5 days with all the different formats on it... Top notch in my opponion!
 
I've used Kieth in the past, and while he does do good design work (not good copy writing) his service is terrible so I won't use him anymore. Stop looking for him and use someone who WANTS your business....
 
Yes, AC did GREAT work for us. Designed out trucks, logo, post cards, flyers etc....great designs and very effective copy.
 
I can help with copywriting and some graphic design. Beyond my career with pressure cleaning magazines, I got my start as the assistant creative director for an ad agency, worked as director of communications (with LOTS of writing/design) for a large healthcare organization here in Arkansas, and have done freelance writing/design for numerous industries across the country. Been doing it for 20 years. I aim to keep rates low as well.

I called, emailed and texted him in the past 2 weeks........no anwser Wish I could do that and have a booming business.

Actually I have no plans on following any kind of business plan that doesn't answer the phone, voice mails, text and emails. It doesn't take 2 mins to handle calls and emails explaining to your customers whats going when you get backed up. I do it all the time.
