Hello from the Florida Keys.
I've been in the business since 1990 and have seen many changes in our industry over the past two decades.
I have a very exciting job and love my work. I'm a veteran and used my experience in the Army to help me sell cleaning systems when I got out. I'm the guy that is honored to keep our fighting men and women stocked with cleaning equipment. I have placed more than 15,000 pressure washers in applications ranging from cleaning Air Force One, to washing nuclear bombs, to stripping barnacles off warships, to washing out the cages of the seals the Navy has trained to retrieve dummy practice bombs. But the most rewarding part of my job is getting to speak with our heroes in Iraq and Afghanistan on a daily basis. The most important thing I do is make sure they get what they need in the fastest way possible.
Every day is a new learning experience, just when you think you have heard it all, another off the wall washing application comes up. I just sold one to our embassy in Viet Nam, I didn't even know we had an embassy there again.
I'm enjoying reading the threads here from people that use the equipment. The forum looks to be a great resource for people who want to expand their opportunities.
