If you think getting on this bbs to compare your company with your competion will give you the "edge" - your are unfortunately mistaken!

I have a call scheduled for the "company" early next week. I will find out who is being considered for the Houston area.

If you have not received the information from me....it will be forthcoming. No one will be left out so there should be no reason for some of the comments that have been made. Everybody will get the same information from me. After that it will be up to you to do the "belly dance" routine for the customer should they contact you!!

basically Houston as well as other cities and some states are enforcing Federal Law clean water act

simply put they don't want you to put anything down a storm sewer and in some or most cases in any drain period.
doesn't matter even if you don't use chemicals

it doesn't matter if you use home depot pressure washer or a full blown
hot water skid

also their is a lot of confusion with my local disturbers some have suggested
I buy a filtration unit 3000-5000 dollars and than I can put in sanitary sewer line
I was at ramteq landa and hydo tek 3 wholesalers in Houston and they also
said confusion on their part as well

I am not bashing or lowballing anyone. So your name calling is out of line.
I have more confidence in my work than you give credit for. You obviously misunderstood my post as well. It was for the benefit of not getting 10k fine for not being compliant. But of course all are reading some primadonna conclusion and tagging me as a bad guy.

I would guess that all who arebashing me for my post that was direct at Carlos are non-compliant. But what do I know. Right.

Adrain - not a problem and I understand your position. Wish you would reconsider as this opportunity has nothing to do with what is posted on this BBS. This BBS and others serve only as a vehicle for information.

At the end of the day this could open some doors for many contractors, not just one.

Delivery nothing, more like perception and judgement.
What I said is what I will stand behind. If it ruffles the feathers of the non compliant and draws smart a$$ remarks then that is your business not mine.
I for one have no intentions of getting fined for breaking the law.
I am proud of the fact that I worked hard towards the goal of being compliant and remaining compliant. For some of you who are not and bashing me about my statement, maybe you would consider the fact that one visit from the authorities can RUIN your life and business due to sky high fines. Boo effing Hoo.
To answer your question of where I am...
I am in both Atlanta, and in Houston. I have 12 mall accounts throughout Ga. plus over 600 customers in that area as well. I have 3 subs for my work in Ga. and I cover my 100 plus customers in Houston by my little lowballing self.

My bird dog works absolutely fine. Plus I know very well how to handle work and legalities that come my way without lowballing or breaking the law.
Something most don't even care to think twice about.
This isn't my first day in business believe it or not.

I dare to ask who out there is REALLY compliant and permitted and manifested, truthfully able to answer.
If you are ,..... more freakin power to ya. If you are not, and bitching at me about my statement and offer of helpful advice, that is very legit, well the bird flies high for you.

...now I remember why I stopped visiting these sites in the first place.

Adrian is a good guy and I can assure you he isn't a lowballer or trying to steal accounts nor slit anyones throat.

You either want the info from Los or your don't,but it certainly wasn't worth splintering this off onto it's own seperate thread so you waste bandwidth to stomp your feet

I think that we all can learn from this thread. I know carlos intentions are good, next time just give the leads to who you choose privatly or post them public and let those call who are interested.


I also just post the lead open and let the first person who sees it call. I ask the person to respond they got it.

I saw this happening from my past experience.

Your right Scott, not sure we needed another thread.

Guys, sometimes a phone call can help avoid stuff like this. Did you ever think customers are watching?

Ron, lets try this... remove all of the posts from this thread ......right after where carlos post the original ..... start over .....when that is done you can remove my thread 5 words it will be over ...I will quietly going back to reading the forums
