I've Been Ripped Off Too!!!

I've seen a few posts lately about Pressure Washers having there web content, Company names or in my case part of my logo Ripped Off. I felt, when I read about these guys getting ripped off " Whats the Big Deal" but I guess when it happens to you its different.

I was on PWI last night checking out posts, and came across a newbie from Vegas, who had his company name,with a part of my logo in his signature. I PM'ed him and asked for the number of the guy who designed it so I could call him and ask WTF. He PM's me back and states that, he and another guy on this board designed it. Wellllllll, I PM"ed him and told him to take it down, he PM's me back and says that I might be ripping him off. What a piece of crap!!!!

For the record, Keith Bruce designed this for me in Jan. The only place I have used it was in my brochures, which I posted here and at PT State.

Chris, I don't care whether you were not aware, or didn't know. Like I said " Junior that don't cut it with me" And like I said to you in the PM I sent you " If you were within 4 States of me I'd do this in Person "

ok first you can stop calling me junior and second I am not a punk third I did not know you had the same wand I did not look for pt state post because I do not post on any board but this one. what I woould like to knoe is I have had this logo for a few months now and you have not said a word I even have a web site with it so if you think I stole it I am sorry for that but to start assuming that it the thig that makes you the punk.
 
The beautiful wand clip art has been around for years.I'm sure Keith may have given it a little more flash,but it's been around forever.
Guy B. there are many companies out there that have been in business far longer than you who use the wand logo_One of my competitors has been using it for at least 8 yrs or so.What are you and your lawyer going to do search every city and serve paper on anyone using the wand logo?
Maybe you should question Keith about how many logos he has done with the same wand logo before you start acting like a bad azz.I only wish someone would show up at my door over a piece of clip art.
 
I'm going to change my name to AMEN pressure CLEANING and use a Grouper.
 
Thats funny. If you look at Chris Chappells logo he has the same wand. LOL...
 
Hot Shot, you're right man!! By posting this I am letting it go. But if someone takes part of something you've paid for, it's called STEALING.

Chris, the bad part about this whole thing ( besides your spelling ) is if you had shown respect and asked I would have said Cool. Sorry I called you a punk, guess that would give punks a bad name. Hope to see you at an RT somewhere, maybe we could discuss it then, I would enjoy that a lot!!!

Guy's, theres a lot of you I've met over the years on here, and you know me. I can see where this looks like a bunch of B.S., and you might be right. But when it comes to someone ripping your Business off ( even part of it ), call me and tell me how it feels.
 
I looked at Keith's designs and there are several with a gun with the same spray pattern and color. Keith does good work but if you notice, a lot of his stuff is very similar.

Hope to see you at an RT somewhere, maybe we could discuss it then, I would enjoy that a lot!!!
