You could also do a side business of aerial views of things. I saw a guy that charged a $1000 an appointment a few years ago. The Helicopter on his truck was HUGE, and very cool.

Yea, already see the potential in this.....doing some research on the subject. I'm using this one to get the feel of flying and shooting video from the air.

My HOA president has one..... He flew it on july 4th at night.... Pretty sweet watching the neighborhood light up from the air.. I may just do some freee work at the amenity center and have him video it!
