24 hp is not enought to run 10 gpm at 3000 psi, and we won't even count the generator that it is running as well.
How could a 10 gpm unit run for 5 to 6 hours with only 2 525 tanks? The guy has no clue about his own equipment.

I spoke with the guy today. There's no other equipment (surface cleaner, etc.) and he's keeping the ladder and the fill hose. The passenger door is missing the window lever to roll it down. A few plumbing issues as well.

This guy needs to write a better listing - If i bought that truck and he didnt state those exclusions and problems in the ad I would be PISSED!

And you are right - there is no way that 10 gpm with 1050 gallons of water would last 6 hours......get a clue

The mileage actually isn't bad at all for a diesel engine that's 8 years old.

It would take approximately 27.27 hp to produce 3,000psi/10gpm. His is closer to 8 gpm.

What a load of crap

This is the question Alexy ask on ebay. Nice answer.

Q: What is the temp range on the burner and do any of the hoses wands or surface cleaners come with the pressure washer. Has the pump been rebuilt on the pressure washer? Also does the truck need any mechanical parts at all in the interior or exterior? I live in Va and would fly down and pick the truck up if it works out we have a deal will you hold the truck for 7-10 days fro us to get down there to get it? A: It depends on what tip you are running in the gun. A 4 gpm tip and it will be around 200, 6 gpm tip is 170 and a 10 gpm is 140. But the 10 will blast the gum off if you leave it onthe a few seconds but will take off the surface too. Truck is in excellent mechanical cond. and the only real thing with the interior is the pass side needs a window crank. It has 2 3 ft. wands, a 6 ft. and a 10 - 30 ft wand. There is no surface cleaners because they are just to slow with this washers. Yes I will hold it if you make a small deposit.

It seemed like a good deal, I am looking for a truck like the one on ebay... I could use the machine in hog confinements. But want to go with smaller equipment for hoods, Maybe go with two guns out of my current equipment, or get another electric machine with hot packing...

with hog crap you want 3,000 with at least 8 gpm...

Like a farmer once told me, Smells like money...

This accually pays about 175.00 to 200.00 an hour, If it was not farmers, you would get 275.00 to 300.00.... But we all know that farmers have no money...

most units hold 80 to 100 hogs with about a 18 to 20 hours to do...Thats one every litter, I thinking its about 80 days, Most have two to three barns.
carry the zero and add the one, blingbangboom, adds up quick. For that kind of coin, I would clean out your outhouse Russ...

Its the jobs that no one wants to do, that pays the most...

The chassis as stated in the listing is "Class 3 (10,001-14,000 lbs.) " If correct this would be the GVWR.

I expect the MT weight of the truck without any equipment would be 8,000 pounds or so. If you filled both of the water tanks (1050 x 8.3) is another 8,700 pounds. The truck is overweight without anything else on board!

Our Red truck fully loaded including crew, fuel, and 1000 gallons of water weighs about 36,000 pounds.
