Hey what's up guys.

Didn't know I had my own thread. I feel special.

Been plugging along at the ol Hood Cleaning School.

Just quietly training Certified Kitchen Grease Exhaust Cleaners a few at a time here and there.

Been working on the UL 2221 (I think we finally have the wording about right) and have finished the 2008 version of the NFPA 96.

Been checking in at this board every once in a while and the others.

Try to keep my nose out of other's business and make sure that our students are the best trained hood cleaners in the industry.

So feel free to call me any time at 615-865-6634 and we can shoot the grease.

Hey Alexy,

I was talking with Scott a little while ago and thanks for helping him. We've trained over 150 hood cleaners since we started a few years back and I appreciate the senior students helping the new guys out.

How's business been. Haven't spoken with you in a while?

David and I go back a while and I'm not sure what he meant, but I know that he didn't mean anything bad by it.

I've had tougher comments tossed my way in the past.
