Is Everybody getting busy ?

Man I have been working every night , most of the time 2 jobs a night this week.. Last week everything was a little slow... My calandar is full all the way to the 18th of April..

Last night we worked on a Bumpers Drive In.. Everyone of theses stores have taken almost 3.5 to 4 hours to clean..

aNd More The last photo is the garbage can .. It was partially drained ... But you et the idea... We go thru 2 full cans of grease an water per store , so with filters and fans added I would say about 350 gallons of water..

Been really busy this season. I'm booked up until April 21. Most are deck restoration jobs.
 
been busy here as well, we just put on 19 strip malls , 61 more gas station (today) and a 35 building apartment complex as well as having 11 roof jobs and a bunch of stuff for H.O.A.'s listed already , then I have a meeting scheduled with 7 different pm's for next week for more flatwork , other than that its been kind of slow

Anyone want a FREE building wash , I have not given any away yet ?
 
April is looking pretty nice! I can't wait for the nights to stay above freezing again.
 
I feel better now... I knew I wasnt the only one booke solid... Now as of today I am booked Mon-Sun until april 6 , I am taking off for my birthday and then starting the 7th I will be between Waynesboro, Laurel and the coast.. Then work my way up the other side of the State thru Brookhaven , Mc Comb, And such.. Then when I get back on the 15th I start my 15 McDonalds so that takes me all the way too the 30th of april booked..
 
I have been very busy also. I guess everyone is starting to realize that the mold is here and need it cleaned up.
 
Well its getting crazy again. I just bought another 5.5 to add to one of my trailers. all my tralers have two machine and now i will have one with three machines. I just didnt want to set up another whole trailer and truck. We have condo townhome complexes lined up through June and now I am starting to stack jobs on top of other jobs, plus we are starting other jobs outside of our regular work area, expandingf JL throughout the Carolinas, slowly but surely. Its going to be a great year. I have a good crew of guys, its so nice not to have to train 3 - 4 new guys just to get the season started, Got one new guy and will be adding 1 or 2 more so I can cut down on overtime. I also started travel time, I pay the guys a travel rate, checked with the Department of labor and my accountant. I was just paying wayyyyy to much in travel time and some of it was at time and a half. Now they get the travel rate and that helps with the bottom line. They are still going to get some OT but trying to cut back on that this year. Might be hard with all the projects. I am so ready to kick some as* PWing this year, bring it on.

Russ I dont know how you do it, I have enough to just focus on Condo type work and you do so many different types of PWing, I'd be lost. Congrats to you Brother

Do you travel?:)

Busy here too. Spring is here, time to clean up all the rooftops that got the rush jobs in single digit nights. Good time for selling too, lots of KEC companies neglect the upper half of the KE systems over the winter months.
 
Hey Russ- when you say 61 Gas stations do you mean under one contract or separate entities? Do you offer a discount when there are over 50? I would say 850.00 at least for a station with 16 pumps including the storefront walks and dumpster pad. Under the awning only.... I want to submit a bid, these guys only wash once a year,and in Chicago the stores are nasteeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! LOL

Yep I got to feelin guilty so I cleane one last night and I just got back from the second tonight.. So now I hav almost caught up.. Got Olive Garden Sunday, 2 Jobs Monday in Mendenhall , 2 Jobs tues Laurel and Waynesboro,then Wed I got a quote at the coast then wed night I got a job in Lucedale, Then Thurs I come across the state an clean Brookhaven, then I come home .. That still leaves me 21 more accounts for april after all of that.. I will either be rich or dead..
 
Still snowing here. Not sticking around because it is "warming" up to 40 or so degrees in the daytime. Trigger finger is starting to get a bit itchy.

Sounds like you have Lucedale sewed up, though!

We are running from Senatobia almost in Tenn. to The Gulf Coast ... I havent exactly got the accounts set all up just like I wnat them yet.. I try to travel south about 1 week out of each month then stay in Jackson area 1 week then I go to North west Mississippi ( Greenwood , Greenville, Cleveland, and such the 3rd week an the on the 4th week I go toward tupelo an starkville and such.. This year we project abour 145,000.. in gross sales recipts and a cost of about 30,000 + over 30000 miles on our truck.. Whew I am tired just thinking about it
