While you guys were down in Tampa tearing it up, Curtis Turner and I went to a roundtable in Iowa for window cleaners put on by Tony Evans of Iowa and Window Cleaning Resources.
It was a very interesting event. I don't do windows right now, but in a couple of weeks my crew and I will be working with Curtis on a project he has so we can learn. Then after that I am going to do all the windows for the widows at church just to get some hands on.
They had great speakers up there. Kevin Dubrosky ( I hope I didn't butcher his last name) discussed several marketing ideas that he did with his company, Chris from WCR discussed direct mail, Alex from WCR discussed add ons for businesses, and Tony discussed Fabricating Debris Waiver. Yeah, I was like what the heck is that as well.
Its good to talk to other business people in a different line of service than your own. We got ideas from them, they got ideas from us.
