It's a Balmy 10F out tonight here and man will it get the blood flowing working out in it, Been out in this all night and it will keep you moving to stay warm. :yikes:

So with it cold out here and I know many other places, My Question is do any of you take on any other kinds of work when you can't Power Wash?

I took on some Maintenance work for a PM that I do work for and I need to get some of it done early this morning so the sprinkler system does not freeze. The pay is very good and I have been doing a little more of it to add to the monthly income now that I have an employee helping me now as it Free's me up to do other things.

I wondered if anybody else takes on projects when washing is not possible to keep thier cash flow moving.
 
I always have washing. I could wash right now, and keep washing through the end of the year, if I wanted to. I also have other parts of my business that are not washing, that also contribute to the kitty. If I have time, and a customer has a need, I find a way to get it done.
 
I just got home from 5 roof tops securing doors that the Construction crews in this new center pried open and tore the doors off the hings, after the snow passes this week I have to go back up on each building and put hings on 12 doors and locks and clasps on 30 doors. This out of state PM loves me LOL she has me doing all kinds of stuff for her, if I feel I can do it and it pays good.

Been doing a lot of Maintenance stuff here lately including replacing Parking Bumpers and stuff for the parking area's in centers I sweep.

Having employees helps out to grab other kinds of work.

No washing her for a few months unless a warm storm comes Thur and gives me maybe 1 night to do centers that pay the best.
