Danny over all looks great......What about the 2 inch strip that doesn't get cleaned around the walls? How do you clean that part?

Danny what system are you using too?

Wow thats awesome...is it hard to run hose all through the restaurant or is the vacuum part mobile? Seems like that would be a lot of large vacuum hose to have to roll up

The machine is a US Products King Kobra 1200 Portable Tile & grout cleaning machine. It's 1200 psi and 2.5gpm. It has a 200 psi side for carpet cleaning and extracting. It has auto fill and auto pump out. Hooks up to the mop sink so it can be placed just about anywhere. The surface cleaner is a SX-12. I have 2 of them. Cleaning along the walls is done by using a tile brush. It's like a broom but the head is "v" shaped to fit in corners and along the wall. We use a sprayer to spray it down then brush it with the tile brush then throw a towel down and us the brush to push the towel and wipe it up. Goes pretty fast.

It's warm water, we hook up to their water and turn on the hot water, the pumps in these machines are made to take it. It stays hot enough to to get the job done.

That's pretty sweet Danny. We’ve been doing some large indoor freezers and using several guys to squeegee the water out because there is no floor drains. We have been looking into getting recovery surface cleaners but my vacuboom doesn’t have enough suction so I need to get a better recovery system first. I think i'm going to go with a sirocco.
