Interior Cleaning-The Joe Crowder Experience

Im only 23 and im sure yall are older than me i hate to say this but shut up about it. Grow up. Handle it on the phone. If ur getting a refund your good if not move on stop snifflin, lets talk about making money, treatin OUR customers right, and progressing. Im sure you could of explained your sorrows to some of these higher up guys privately and they would of still offered you some support, prob more then what your refunds going to be worth. Life is short, dont be so butthurt. So im done if you want to pick apart my comments go ahead

Perhaps you should read the whole thread. The guy that gave the course will not correspond with those seeking a refund. He will not give them the course materials that were supposed to be provided. I don't think that anyone should shut up about this, as it may help someone else on this board from getting screwed. If you want to see what the guys that have a problem are going through, send me a check for $899 dollars and shut your mouth and don't tell anyone that I screwed you out of your hard earned money. You may be young, but don't act blind.

Yeah make me a check as well since you are so young and have all that money to throw around! If you pay for something you would expect to get what you paid for as Michael Said I don't want anyone else getting screwed. Just to make you feel good about yourself I did make several attempts on the phone with no results, so when you don't get any answers then you make sure that everyone knows about it so they don't get screwed.
 
Still the same, nothing to update, I don't bother calling or emailing anymore, never get any responses and still never got the materials.

What's NCEs stand Ron, are you still going to let this guy give seminars at NCE events?

He was never listed as a NCE instructor. He also went outside the guidelines at the event. All students have been taken care of from NCE.

What Joe did with you was nothing to do with NCE. ( National CLeaning Expo)

We are sorry John you didn't get what you think you should have. Joe should defend himself, I will tell you that I should have not had him at NCE. He does have the ability and the knowledge, how ever he does not have very good people skills.

He could have made this all good if he had just done what he promised

He was supposed to be in Philly for something and we were gonna meet up and discuss his curriculum. He kept telling me "next week" and then just dropped off the face of the earth. Despite expressing interest he never got back to me or honored his commitment. Blessing in disguise I guess.

Like I said I know joes knows what he's taking about, just lacked the skill for closer on some things.

My wife and I just got back from Philly, I only seen one Pressure washer there while they where cleaning the Wawa gas station was that your company?

I did get my money back from the event, through Ron. He refunded my money out of his pocket because of what Joe did at the NCE Event. Thank you again Ron!

The one we went to had nothing to do with NCE so we're on our own, just makes good business sense to take care of your customers.

Hi Matt,

I wish we were the guys that do Wawa, I'd be retired by now there's so many of them out here (I live 5 minutes from the town of Wawa). They have their own crews though, nice setups on flatbeds ... Out in the suburbs there's a lot of us, PA is pretty competitive for pressure washing. What brought you to Philly?

I think you're right about that Ron. And to be fair, he actually sent me an email today, and I didn't call him back so it wouldn't be right for me to say anything bad about him behind his back. We had snow out here today and I'm gearing up for the season so it was just bad timing on his part.

Like I said, I did hear some great things about him from some very credible sources, so I'm sure he has some good things to offer. Perhaps he just needs to tie up some loose ends and I'd be more than willing to look into it next year.

My wife has family that lives in Brookhaven we went up to see them for the weekend. I know when we went to see the amish in Lancaster we stoped in the tractor supply store and I seen a couple advertisments for pressure washing companies. I ask her mom-mom and Pop-pop if there was a lot of pressure washing companies up there and he said that he has never seen just a pressure washing company that most do painting and pressure washing, so its good to see there is some up that way. Seems like a person can stay very busy up there doing washing and snow removal. My inlaws did the snow removal there before they moved to TN and did very well in the winter time, the money that they said they made doing only that just about makes me want to spend the winter months up north lol.

If you ever take on a large job and need any help give me a call I would love to do some work up there. Her Pop-pop owns his own painting company that he has been doing it for who knows how long and told me that there is a lot of work in PA just a lot of cut throats that will do anything to get the job.

As for the interior cleaning part give me a call sometime or the next time my wife and I make a trip up I would love to meet up some where and talk and give you the real pointers on the interior cleaning. FREE (or atleast a Philly and Drink lol)
