Intellihood System *help* Follow-up

I posted a question to the forum last week concerning the cleaning of hoods that have the Intellihood systems by Melink Corp installed in them. I suppose I was WAY out of line when I directed the question to the Guru, Phil Adkins and for that I apologize because the hood was still intact and not aflame.

I am sure that some of the members of these forums have had some experience with these systems. We are in the boonies and this is our very first encounter with these systems. I tried, to no avail, to get Melinkcorp.com or Intellihood.com to give me some tech answers, however, they opt to ignore my 8 e-mails of query.

I thank Alexy and Ron for their input but I was hoping to get some more response on this subject, maybe an e-mail or two.
This is a very important client and I want to do the cleaning W/O a hitch if I can. The people that installed the systems did a very shabby installation, hence my concern. No help from: Installers, Melink Corp, Intelli Hood, or the institutions master of maintenance. ???? :confused: :confused:

the animation on Melink's website describes the maintenance needed for their components, I think everything else would be normal to 99% of the rest of the systems you have seen.
 
Thank you Grant for your info .. I did get to Melink's web sight .. Pretty straight forward, however, I am including a protective clause on our cont.
