Insurance

Chili's asked me for 5 Million...I called my agent and asked for a quote...he chuckled and told me to go take a nap...lol! Needless to say, Chili's is wide open for ya Big Joe!!!! Or is that Lil' Chris??? Grant Maybe??

Well insurance (Nationwide is on my side ) Yall just wouldn't be;ieve how much insurance cost me for all the stuff B&R does..I would rather pay my light bill once a week than to have to pay my insurance every month...Between Uncle Sam, Nationwide, Entergy, Comcast, Mississippi Valley Gas.. It is almost like working for someone else rather than myself. My dad always said whether you work for someone or work for yourself you will always have to pay and answer for the work you have done.. Thus meaning you will work for someone till you die..

found a 1M policy for 450.00 all state, spceified non pressure, no ladders.

So for $450.00 you can pour water from a bucket as long as you stay on the ground?

lol ,hes gonna call me tomorrow, maybe ill wont lie this time

workman's

who has workman's, with who, and for how much coverage. How much does it cost you?

Cant find insurance...

ok, I am having a devil of a time finding insurance. I have been with Nationwide for the past 2 years but they do not cover roof cleaning (non-pressure). I dont know how those of you with Joe Walters are doing it either cause they said they do not and will not write you with roof cleaning. I bet I have called 10 places and only 1 has quoted me and that was $2500 for 300/600 limits per year. Any of you guys doing roofs give me some advise?? I told them I am still a janitorial company but I am getting into the PW, Roof cleaning, and concrete staining side. I still have some people looking, but its like pulling teeth!!! Any help please!!!

I use Joe Walters (Peerless Insurance) for my GL. I have tried getting workmans comp. nobody in the state will write WC for PW in the state of LA. My agent told me that anybody that says they have WC is being classified under a different class other than PW. WTF ????

Did they give a reason for not writing a Power Washing WC policy? I didn't have WC this year because it was just me. But. it got a little tough to keep up towards the end of September, so I expect to hire at least one person next year, which means I will be required to carry WC. I am very curious as to why no one will write a policy for a PW company.
What is the potential impact if you have a claim and it is discovered you are classified "incorrectly" (for lack of a better term)? Will they then use that situation to deny payment?
