Injector Testing

In the next week or two im going to be going to do some injector draw testing on draw rates of variest different injectors on my 8 GPM machine and sharing the results with the boards I am a part of. I have looked to see if anyone has published this before, maybe they have but I have never seen it. In theory the orifice size should determine the draw so we should see similar results between all 2.1's and 2.3's respectively but we will see if anything else affects the results with these injectors. If anyone else has any other injectors theyd like me to add to the mix let me know.

The current lineup of injectors I will be testing is the following: If you have any other
GP High draw 3-5 GPM 2.1mm
GP High draw 5-8 2.3mm
GP High draw 3-5 GPM 2.1mm (Bobs modified version)
GP High draw 5-8 2.3mm (Bobs modified version)
SSS #3 2.1mm
SSS #4 2.3mm

Sweet. Can't wait to see. The SSS #3 is the only one that draws proper for me. Gotta use #15 rinse nozzles to close the injector on my 8gpm
 
Don't use any guns from Northern Tool no matter how many gpm's they are rated for, tried 3 of their largest guns and none of them would pull chemical.

Closed the ball valve some and chemical came out, tried the regular guns and they pulled chemicals.

Another thing is the diameter of the pressure hose, length of hose, how many bends, restrictions, using a burner or a cold water machine (burner has more pipe to go through and that might affect the draw % vs. a cold water machine.
 
Get a RL 51 gun or you can just use the super sucker an be done unless some weird science happens the ss will out draw them all I think if you take a plastic tee an join the double gulp it might draw more than the ss.
