That is such a great article. What a success story. Who would ever have imagined that a company could make so much doing grease? Daryl is definately the "Capo di tutti capi".

Ok, Update on the Mean foamer 5.

We did a Japanese/Chineese fusion place that had not been cleaned in over 1 year. Galvanized hood 25x25 filters that had to be pried from the hood to be cleaned due to grease build up. FOAM IS THE BOMB and we dropped a big one on Little Tokyo. Foamed it up and only washed it down with the low pressure wand and did not have ot go back to re do any areas. the fan came clean the same way. We were done and packed with a check in 2 hours.
