I am still not sure which impresses me most, the machines performance or the amount of extra jobs that I am winning with the vac reclaim system.

Snagtooth, for that job I was using 2.5/25 nozzles at close to 4000 psi. If I had not left my box of nozzles siting on my work bench at home I might have set the machine up slightly differently.
 
This past week has been a bit of a blur but I believe he said there are guys coming from Montana with a rig. My new rig wasn't ready and won't be in the near future by the looks of things!

Can you tilt the spray nozzles? That will speed it up.
 
The Sirocco is a great system.
 
We used our Sirocco some yesterday. The 21" worked fine. The 30" threw to much water out. We took out washers from the wheels and then it sucked down to tight to the concrete. Any suggestions? I just thought that I did not look at the tips. I am not sure if I have 15or 25 degree tips on it.
 
Lenny, you have to leave the casters on. Were your working on the same concrete with the 30 as you were the 21?
If the concrete isn't very level it will throw water out no matter what.

PS - I love my Sirocco too.

I meant the washers for the height. I left the wheels on. I will set them the same as the 21" and check the tips next week.
 
Just like the Steel Eagle, you adjust the height with the bolts of the castor wheels.

It is a fine adjustment to get it working on the surface.

Sometimes you need more vacuum, sometimes you need the surface cleaner a little bit lower. I know it can be frustrating sometimes getting the adjustment right but once it is there, things are great.

I know it will be a pain but little adjustments by little adjustments so that you can see what is happening as you adjust it down or up.

One of the guys mentioned if you use the 15 degree nozzles, it will not throw out as much water but.......for the really filthy concrete it will clean better as long as the concrete can handle the pressure, if it is a parking garage, it should but I would still do a test spot just in case.
