So I tell the customer that I could probably help him out with the graffiti that's on his Mall. Well the first attempt at a small tag turned out pretty good so I figured I'd tackle the large one pictured. I don't like the way the it turned yellow. I guess it's a chemical reaction to the painted stucco, who knows.

I hate to fail. Anyone have any way to comfort me? Does this look normal? I need some help here guys!

Pics:

First..Start
Second..During
Third..End with wet stucco
Forth..Dry and yellow

Gerald, the brick and masony remover will do that with a) some stucco and b) depending on what type of paint the taggers used. DId it look the they used the same paint on all tags.

On painted surfaces I use the sensitive surface graffiti remover. And it works great. I actually did two jobs that turned out like yours did before I tried the Sensitive stuff.

Actually the sensitive stuff may make it look it was never there. Just make sure you apply with a brush they send you or one similar and dab (dont spray) the sensitive onto the graffiti , and then lightly pressure wash off w COLD water.

I only use the bare brick stuff on brick, even though it says for concrete, masonry, etc. Everything else I use the sensitive on.

also are you spraying it on??? I see a sprayer in the pic...

Doug, I sprayed it on at close range and followed up right behind it with a paint brush. I sprayed/brushed then let it dwell for 3 min. I did this 3 times then hit it with my washer using cold water and my rinse tip at close range.

Where can I improve?

Nothing to improve really. You followed directions. just try the sensitive stuff and I think you'll be pleased w the results

You need to apply about 3 or 4 coats to it, let it sit for about 5 minutes and then power wash it off. I know Scott Stone is more familiar with their products than I am. He should be able to help here. Plus they have a special show remover I believe.

I used that product for years and never had those issues, it could be the stucco or if there is painted stucco.

I would try the sensitive product.

Sensitive Surface should do the trick. We use a lot of both the sensitive surface and the bare brick. The sensitive surface is nice because it doesnt attack you as much.

Good old Worlds Best.
Company started in Adelaide, Australia. I used to deal with John Rose the founder back before his business exploded. I think he has sold it now. Not sure where it is based now.
