ID badge or name tag.

I had my brother's business make me mine, its thick like a credit card, has my logo, photo, nice holder for it too.

Chris,
Why? Do you think it gives you more credibility? I would not want one, wear one or want to see one if I was hiring someone for something.

Even shirts with names on them seem a bit odd to me for sales calls. I think professional demeanor coming from a well spoken and well dressed salesperson is far more impressive then a plastic card with a picture.

I think a big key ring with hundreds of keys on it is about as impressive as a name badge.

Just my thoughts.

Great, now I got to go get a big key ring with hundreds of keys....

In a previous life time, Most of my customers required you to sign in and take a badge. For awhile I had a hobby collecting them.

Ellis Island and a few I ummmm some how ended up with. I had no clue we were getting badges the day I got My Ellis Island one. Woulda got a haircut and shaved.

I could find more if you want to see more. Most places don't require them from the co. If they do require them, they issue their own for control reasons.

Marcal paper products
Lord and Taylor
Diversified Info Tech
Ellis Island
Chanel perfume.
Toshiba
Contractor no clue who that was.
Iron Mountain, document storage.
