John I'm a proud southerner born and raised. you are completely right its a different breast entirely. there are some extreme cheapskates but the "good ole boy" culture that i hear people complain about can work to your advantage. i don't know how volusia county is but once you make your way in (like free house washes ;) ) you might be suprised at the loyalty some costumers will show. thanks for the tips on the bank managers I'm holding off on the commercial side until i get a better set up though

Get your mind out of the gutter LOL...... Volusia is country boys. I like it. My first bank cleaning was with a machine I rented. Contact your local rental place and ask if they can work a deal if you need to rent the machine on a regular basis. Not a chain store but a local rental place. So you loose the 60 bucks on a rental but your building customer relations.
 
that makes sense thanks John I'm not going to pass them up I'm just not going to pursue them until i have the capabilities to do it right . the way i see it is you only have one reputation. as far as Alachua county goes its nuts. you have a lot of long time residents who are country as corn and then you have the transplants who get involved in politics and raise taxes, pass ordinances and generally make life miserable lol. iam technically from union county which in my opinion is a slice of country fried heaven. Alachua county has as far as i know the highest property tax rates in the state. i like it though and money spends regardless of where it comes from
