I also have a Pressure Pro 8 gpm with hot water. We only burn about 1 gallon of diesal per hour. You are twice that!

fuel pressure adjusted up as well as air intake for more heat. The hose gets almost too hot now, and changing out tips takes gloves if you have a little drip coming out of the gun of ball valve
