I Need Your Input

Hey Guy if you go with totes up front for your buffer tank,I have 3 if you need them. They would save you alot of room.

Definitely a floor liner will be worth the investment. You may want to look at some specialty sized tanks. There are some rectangular 55 gallon tanks that take up next to no floor space and some bulk storage ones that will fit nice in the truck. I like to keep the lane up the middle clear and would put a machine on each side of the box. If you use a stackable reel you put two on each side by the back door in front of the machines. This will keep more floor space open and still allow you to hang items on the walls over the equipment. I never liked hanging reels outside the truck, too much debris gets on them and the chance of it coming unlatched and unrolling makes me nervous.

That is a nice truck Ed, some good ideas in that truck.

I like the idea of the hose reels under the box if you have room, sure would save room in the box truck unless you had them up high somehow to use less room on the floor.

Box Truck system for residential cleaning

Hmmmm.
I'm thinking a 4cyl water-cooled Diesel..
..eliminates gasoline storage problem, quiets the whole deal for residential everything,
..eliminates overheating issue.. especially if we do a remote radiator system for you,
and soundproofing for "Super-Quiet" running is now available !
do dual pumps for 14 gpm to 3500psi +

maybe you should come to see us in October..
..you will see I've been a very busy boy.

Uuuummmmmm.......pm sent

what kind of valve do you have on that drum in the last picture?

Congratulations on a new truck, Guy ! The business must be good in NC...
I'm not sure if this photos of my truck will help you at all since you want cold water units inside , but it may give you some ideas....
The most important thing would be to evenly spread the weight inside and make sure you have a good ventilation. Also you can seal that access door from the cab.
Fumes and SH can be nasty inside....
I have my generator, reels and reclaim unit mounted under the bed and still have plenty of space inside.
Have fun with a new toy....View attachment 21880View attachment 21881View attachment 21882View attachment 21883
