I need a 2 step teacher!

I will keep that in mind when asking him a question. I understand the putting the time in thing when it comes to willingness to learn. Not only am I putting in the time, but am willing to travel to get the correct information and procedures on tape. I feel that I could correctly show someone how to wash a house or re finish a deck or clean concrete, etc. But I also feel there are a lot of people out here with better, faster, money saving procedures and with more knowledge than I, and I am learning more about them every day.

No,I'm never to busy to help someone if I can,I do not mind sharing what I have learned.

Go ahead Ron and do the video,I do not want to make any money from the knowledge I have besides IF I wanted to I can make my own video, known what I mean.If I want I can sell my own chemicals and will only share the formulars if I think I can trust you as to not market them,no what I mean, every few I trust nowdays on the boards as to what they say they will do,no what I mean.Besides Ron M. knows someone better than me when it comes to 2-stepping,know what I mean. When you get your profits from the video send me a thank you is all I ask, good luck.

Forgive me when I say they are to many hawks and we'zels on the boards nowdays, just take a look and watch, you'll see the proucher not the hunter. What I thought was friends at one time has turned the other cheek, throwed knives and lyed, when you kill my trust you also lose a good friend, just ask my X'es lol.

Chuck,I'll say this, you do not need to see now its done,it can be learned like you learned how to use your other chemicals and asking Q'tions, easy as one two three.......surely someone didn't show you how to make babies, like I said easy lol.

bigboy,

just ordedrd my chems to start practicing. hope all goes well because i'v already set up 4 accounts to start middle of next month. if i don't get it down packed soon iwill have some pissed off folks on my hands.

i hope what i'v picked up from reading every post thats ever been posted about 2 steppin on both this board and dans has got me gettin the right chems. all i need to do now is practice and figure out some of bigboys secret concoctions...lol...

have 25 dumptrucks, 10 tractor trailers and 30 various earth movers to start doing. and if things go well theres alot more where those came from, hell i might get busy enough to quit doing residential or better yet start a whole nother rig , one fer fleets one fer residential...whoohooo..

Congratulations Chuck. Always glad to see someone moving forward. Was wondering where you were Big boy. Don't worry, I will be reading up on all the old posts then asking questions myself. I don't know how to do fleets and am definitly not set up to do them. I kind of want to learn how to do them before I make my set up for them. I kind of want the knowledge and knowhow before I jump into a creating or completely modifying my rig. I think you would agree with that. I was mad the other day when someone called me that saw my card somewhere to do some fleets and I had to turn it down because I don't know how (yet) I actually called a company around here that does them and gave them the business. Hopefully they will return the favor. The thing is they said they are moving next year and will be doing all their washing in their new building so everyone will have to come to them. I don't know. I think that will make them lose business and if I can learn fast enough, maybe I can get the business that they lose. We'll see.
P.S. Over time, I will have to figure out what you use Big boy, even if I have to slip subliminal messages (teach me) in these posts, lol.

CHUCK

cant wait for you to join in the fun.
How about some details?
Do you have to re-claim? Do you have to move each piece?do you have water on site?Do you need to raise bodies and degrease?
is it weekend work only? Got any pics? Are they all painted or some alum? Polished or OK to turn them white[hf]?
once a week or twice a month?
Call e-spec and get some GLASS DE-ETCH just incase you get a complaint.
no acid on top of the cabs!!!!!!!!!it can hang in the rain gutter and drip down later.
Get a 72" duel wand and a 48" one.
Make sure you have a turbo and rebuild kits for them muddy trucks.
What chems are you starting out with?
What cheater wax are you going to use?
Are you working on cement or mud?
Question over load??????

But I also posted a message for him to e mail me so I could ask him if he was interested and I got no reply. Maybe he is very busy.

Could be he never seen it or he could have over looked it,he doesn't read all post as to see whats what.I do not have time to read all post nor answer all of them. However I do pay-a-tention to what and how some of you ask and how you answer other peoples post, which I make up my mine if I want to help you or not by the way you sound and ack in my eye's.Plus ron's right,I hardly ever answer a e-mail on powerwashing,I have nothing to hide and its easier for me to answer on the board. If I answered one I'd haveta answer all of them and dat wouldn't leave notime for the board or me.

don't have to move them, water on site, no reclaiming, winter work only and only on weekends. some are weekly but most are bi-weekly, only have to raise hood on a few.

starting out with acid product i can't name because of a promice and following up with dmb 1433 from delco for now.

very few high polished things but lots of aluminum.

washing on gravel lot

need info on that cheater wax thing!!!

have both wands stated

i'll post pics of my first job in a couple of weeks when i do it.

*LOL* good one ron but true, cheaper.

Its a wax you apply while rinsing, you know like at a car wash,I have a chemical tank I meter it though while rinsing,I do this to everything I wash unless they are going to paint,I'm a waxing fool.Have been for 11 years if that tells you anything, any good liquid wax will do,some will gum up under the wiper blades.I use W202 or something like dat,it doesn't bead that much which is what I want. You want a sheating wax not a beading wax,if it beads alot dust will settle in the droplets and leave dirty spots when dry.Allotec makes a good sheating wax,its a true sheater(ha) and it also cleans alittle while appling,I think tho the W200 or something like dat has a little better shine,it cost a wittle more.

Zep makes a great beading wax,its like WOW look at the beads man what a wax job.You can mix it with Allotec's wax just to make it bead alittle which you remeber helps clean alittle(like the chrome).

If you want to do it and make it shine and looking for cheap stuff just add Ker-o-zeen,you know dat fuel you can burn, lol.

as long as we are plugging brands

i will add that i like steve rowlett's wax.
It pours like maple surup. It is a sheeting wax.
Mixing fuel with water will make a shine but i think it grabs the dirt. Then again it's also easyer to clean it off. Dirt sticks to the fuel not the paint.
Bigboy, what is the diffence between adding the wax to the rinse or the soap? I have done both and dont see much diffrence, except you use less with the soap.

It sounds as tho your not getting a true shine other then the wet shiny look while still wet.If your soap is not cutting some of the wax off while washing your not deep cleaning.A good wax job can only be gotten if layed on evenly after the other wax has been either done in by the sun or cut off while washing, you will end up with dull stops and shiny spots if you'll look close by doing it your way,yes I have done that before too.I can understand why your doing it that way but your hurting the quality of your work but thats just my apen,I got my way you got your way.I used alot of waxes and think Allotec has a great wax b/c of its cleaning power also,I had rather use a thin run-e wax than a thick wax when mixing.I've used alot of different kinds of waxes, some will gum, some will leave streakes when dry, some will leave the chrome spotly looking.

I've also used alot of differents kinds of plaste and liquid waxes you apply my hand or buffer,The vet will get Zaino only. The only reason I do not get into detailing here is b/c they get 50 dallors a car to detail,I cann't compete with that price.
